What a garage!! I can’t thank you all enough for helping me out with replacing my water pump on my Kia Ceed! The cost of labour and parts, you can’t beat around!! The customer service from the girls at reception, second to none! The lads in the garage was caring and respectful of the car! They knew of my circumstances of fleeing DV, and the fact they looked after me with my car is a understatement, they helped when GSF gave us the wrong part, done it all same day, updates throughout, etc. thank you all so much for everything!

From the moment walking in to reception the lovely girl named Jo, was so polite, got me booked in for, my four tyres replacement. I waited to have them fitted, she was working so hard, with many things, she is truly a hard working girl, that truly goes the extra mile. The tyres were fitted in a very short time, I am so happy with the service I received, they do services, body repairs and the tyres. I wish the business all the best in the future. THANK YOU
Best Regards Anthony yates

First time I have used Premier, booked our ev in for a service. All good and got notified on when to collect my car. No problems, and paid price we were quoted. Will probably use again

Took my car in as I’d accidentally scraped the drivers’ upside door reversing it into the garage.
Contacted Hednesford who gave me a very reasonable estimate and even came to collect the car.
They had the car for 2 days and returned it looking brand new.
Did excellent job and even fully valeted it for me .
The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
I have no doubt in recommending this team if you need your car looked after. 10 stars +++

Cannot speak to k to highly of my experience. Had damage to the underside of my Nissan Micra (sub frame). Very friendly and helpful staff from reception to mechanics. Took a little bit of time to get parts from Nissan. Job completed within a few hours.. Very pleased with result. Highly recommended.

I am always very confident in taking my car to Premier Group, as I know I will get a thorough diagnosis from the excellent technicians here. The cost is also very reasonable!
